January 19, 2021The Gold prices have recorded losses on the third consecutive day. According to hedge funds, gold reduced 46859 net long positions to 105270 lots, this is lowest since 24th November 2020. Long-only positions down 43975 to 158862 lots, lowest since the 1tsi of December 2020. Short only positions up 284 to 53592 lots highest since June 2019. Hedge Funds have built the highest short positions since April 2018. But as gold prices slid down, crude prices on the other hand have seen a steep rise.
